Reservation Policy
Check-in / Check-out time is 24 Hours.
Please provide your estimated arrival time during the reservation.
We hold the room maximum 3 hrs from the expected time of arrival.
Unmarried Couples are strictly not allowed to check in.
Pets are strictly not allowed.
Primary Guest should be 18 and above to book a room.
Guest with Local ID Proof are not allowed.
No of Persons booked during reservation are only allowed to stay.
Visitors of the guest are not entertained inside room.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Management reserve the full rights of admission, even after the payment done
All issues are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation before 03 days of arrival, 10% of the room rent will be charged.
Cancellation between 03 days and one day of arrival, 20% of the room rent will be charged
Cancellation on the date of arrival and No Show – no refund.
Refund amount will be made through Bank Transfer or Account pay Cheque only.
